Located 16 km (9 miles) northwest of the city of Lima, it is the main air terminal in Peru and concentrates the vast majority of flights in the country. The Airport Express Lima bus service provides transfers to and from the tourist center of Lima, the Miraflores district every 30-60 minutes.
