Larnaca International Airport
Located 8 km (5 miles) south of the city of Larnaca, it is the main airport of entry to Cyprus, the largest of the two commercial airports that the country has and also the main point of entry for international tourism. It operates with numerous destinations within Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. Its terminal remains open 24 hours and has a bank, currency exchange offices, ATMs, VIP lounges and free Wi-Fi access. It has restaurants, bars, cafes and fast food outlets on both levels. It has shops for duty-free items, souvenirs, perfumes, cosmetics, alcoholic beverages, electronics, sweets and facilities for baby hygiene and play areas. Several bus services operate from the airport at a rate of € 1.50, which takes approximately 1 hour to the city center. The taxi service has vehicles 24 hours outside the Arrivals Hall and the journey time is around 15 minutes.
