José Martí International Airport
It is located 18 km (11 miles) to the southwest of Havana, it is the main air terminal of Cuba and also concentrate most of the domestic flights of the country, operates with flights to destinations in the Caribbean, the American Continent, Europe and some points from Africa and Asia. It has 4 terminals: 1 (for domestic flights), 2 (charter flights to and from the United States), 3 (international flights) and 5 (flights within the Caribbean), which communicate with each other through a bus service. It has ATMs, currency exchange bureaus, post office, VIP lounges, public telephones and Wi-Fi access pre-paid. There are several restaurants, cafes and bars, especially in Terminal 3, with some options open 24 hours a day. Ground transportation can be done through urban buses and taxi service outside the terminals. The journey to the city center takes between 20-30 minutes.
